In-Store Coupon Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by Zero Waste Group Ltd.

2. Eligibility
Available to customers aged 18+ who book and complete an eligible waste removal service via the Zero Waste Group online booking system. Employees and their immediate family members are excluded.

3. Qualifying Spend & Coupon Value (VAT Included)
£89 – £187 booking spend: £30 in-store coupon
£188 – £380 booking spend: £60 in-store coupon
£381 and above booking spend: £90 in-store coupon

One coupon is issued per qualifying booking.

4. Coupon Issuance & Validity
Coupons are issued after service completion and payment in full.
Each coupon contains a unique code.
Coupons are valid for 90 days from date of issue.

5. Redemption
Coupons can only be redeemed in person at:
Zero Waste Group, Union Rd, Southampton SO14 0PU, UK.
Coupons apply to second-hand goods only.
Delivery charges and services are excluded.

6. Restrictions
Coupons have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and single-use.
Unused balances are forfeited.
Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.

7. VAT Treatment
Booking spend thresholds include VAT.
Coupons are promotional discounts and not refunds.

8. Fraud & Misuse
Zero Waste Group reserves the right to cancel coupons suspected of misuse or fraud.

9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
